Everything was great, clean comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast selection. The bed was really comfortable once I managed to get up on it.

The room was large. It had a microwave & fridge. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. I like the Dove toiletries as well. The woman who checked us in was super friendly & helpful. The location was good. The price was a bit high for the area. But after reading all the other reviews for surrounding hotels, we were glad we chose this hotel. Breakfast was good with a nice mix of hot & cold items. The woman overseeing the breakfast area kept everything stocked and the area very clean. The fitness center had everything needed to get in a decent workout.

We stayed in this hotel room as a family of five—two adults, two kids, and a baby—and it was a convenient stop during our road trip. The room was spacious enough to fit all of us comfortably, and the beds were quite cozy, which made for a good night’s rest. Parking was easy and included in the stay, and having breakfast provided was a great bonus for getting back on the road quickly..

The location is excellent. The staff are some of the best I’ve ever encountered—truly outstanding service that makes you feel incredibly comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, so a good night’s sleep and waking up without any aches are guaranteed. The breakfast is complete and satisfying!

Was in town from NC to visit my mother who’s in a nursing home. Had a previous booking elsewhere and our second night there found a bed bug. Went next door to this La Quinta to finish out the rest of our stay. The lady at the front desk was very polite. For the rough night she upgraded us to an Executive King free of charge. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. My fiancé and I both agreed that this will be the place we stay from now on when in town. Highly Recommend!!

The sta Staff at the Wyndham West Monroe helped me to understand my billing for the nice stayed. The billing showed up on another bill from expedia.com for my stay. It was different from my bill from Wyndham. I was double built. I tried to contact the Expedia helpdesk but was an enable to get any help with the issue I am trying to explain the mistake made by Expedia on American Express in the billing for the Wyndham bill. I was billed twice and I would like to have Wyndham help me with the double billing the stay was pleasant but the double billing was not corrected before checked out in checking in they noticed the double billing and told me they would handle the billing in. See it corrected on my later statement. It was not and I am working on it. Otherwise I did pleasant stay and would return thank you Richard Bird BIRf

Everything was excellent at the hotel. First time staying at this brand this weekend and both locations were excellent. The lady who did the breakfast at West Monroe was exceptional. She made sure the food was replenished, everything was clean, and she was very, very nice. Loved my conversation with her, so caring. All the staff greeted everyone with a hello, smile, and greeting of the day. Loved my stay and will be back soon. Thank you.
